
Tattoo Appointment booking policy.
Booking fee
We require a booking fee of $50 for all appointments, this is applied to the cost of your tattoo and holds your appointment time.
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late will be considered a late cancellation, and a new booking fee will be required to reschedule. Remember to plan ahead for traffic, bad driving conditions etc.
Please remember to bring a valid photo ID, the health department won’t let us tattoo you without it!
Rescheduling your appointment
In the event that you need to reschedule, please reach out to your artist at minimum 24 hours in advance or your booking fee will be forfeited.
Changing design idea in any way including content or overall design after the initial consult and/or resizing the design in a way that costs the artist to lose appointment times that were held will also forfeit the booking fee at the artist’s discretion.
Touchups
The first touch up is free of charge if scheduled within 90 days of the completion of the tattoo. Touch ups scheduled after that time will be charged shop minimum. If you cancel, request to reschedule or no show a complimentary touch up or follow up appointment in which there is no booking fee, you will be required to leave another booking fee and will be charged a shop minimum for your time in the chair.
Right to a comfortable environment
Our artists reserve the right to cancel your appointment and keep your booking fee for any reason if you have made them feel unsafe in their own space. We have a zero-tolerance policy for racism, sexism, harmful language, homophobia, transphobia, ableist behavior, or any behavior that we believe causes harm to the people in our space.
